We had some significant floor plan “choreography” to execute, and they made it so simple! Not to mention, my sister and I are accustomed to cleaning up after all the conference faculty and attendees, but we barely had a chance to pick up an abandoned mug — the staff members were like magical cleaning elves, whisking clutter and refuse away before it could even really be seen. We were never without hot, fresh coffee and plenty of hot water. When I asked for a last-minute floor plan change for our Saturday afternoon activities, it was handled not just quickly and efficiently — but with a smile.
