Meet on Madison is strongly rooted in the iconic Flatiron District. The sparkling new meeting space features over 7,000 square feet of flexible options. Just steps from Madison Square Park, Meet on Madison boasts the perfect midtown-south address. The ideal location is easily accessible from the east side and west side without the typical crowds of Times Square and Grand Central. This refreshing space within the Tabletop Building allows for inspiration and collaboration. There are four fully private and adaptable rooms: The Sequoia Salon, Marigold I, II & III, The Wisteria Wing, and The Laurel Library. Each space, or the entirety, can be booked for exclusive use with ample breakout and common space.
The design aesthetic is inspired by nature, complete with custom floral art installations by Dead Flowers NYC, large-scale landscapes by American photographer David Benjamin Sherry, and luminous ceilings that mimic the natural hue of daylight. The space succinctly brings the outside in and is a dynamic environment intentionally designed to foster focus and creativity.
We anticipate the details so that you don’t have to. Meet on Madison strictly adheres to all COVID-19 CDC and New York City safety guidelines and protocols through our Meet Safety Promise.

The Spaces
Marigold
The perfect Madison Square Park meeting space, Marigold I, II and III is the largest meeting space at Meet on Madison. It allows for traditional conference style meetings, as well as total flexibility to accommodate unique setups and meal service. The Laurel Library has Madison Square Park meeting and private dining room capabilities. Complete with all the necessary technology to accommodate a boardroom style meeting, the space includes a 65’’ inch television and A/V capabilities for hybrid meetings. What People Are Saying About MEET
As an event planner, I thought this was a very unique and creative space for meetings and gatherings. If you’re sick of the boardroom, hotel style, come here for your next event. Staff is very friendly, space is different but will spark your creativity, rooms are cool, furniture will make you feel at home. Catering can be brought in from anywhere of NYC’s finest. Your attendees will definitely enjoy being here. I’m not sure if it’ll work for 200 people or more but for 100 or less, I think it’ll be great space for your next event.
This venue is super cool, visually and perceptually. Just a great place to hold a meeting in the city.
